Ask the right questions
Before payment, ask for the exact product name, plan duration, current PKR price, access model, delivery estimate, support hours and refund conditions.
A safe seller should be able to explain the order clearly before asking for payment. If the answers are vague, wait. The cheapest offer is not useful if you do not know what will be delivered or how support works.
Avoid risky claims
Be careful with sellers who claim official partnership without proof, promise lifetime access for products that bill monthly, or refuse to explain how activation works.
Also be careful with phrases like unlimited access, guaranteed forever, no limits, official reseller or special admin access unless there is written proof. Most serious AI subscriptions have rules, billing periods and usage limits.
Protect your account
Never share your email password. Use written WhatsApp confirmation for the order terms. Keep screenshots or chat history until the warranty period is over.
If activation needs an email or account step, ask exactly what will happen and why. A seller should not need your personal inbox password. Use account security settings and keep recovery options under your control.
Red flags before payment
- No clear business name or support number
- No refund condition before activation
- Pressure to pay immediately
- Claims of official partnership without proof
- Refusal to explain access model or delivery time
- Request for your email password
Start small
If you are unsure, buy a shorter duration first. Upgrade later when the tool is clearly useful for your work.
Keep your order record
Save the WhatsApp chat with price, duration, product name, access type, delivery estimate and support window. If the plan cannot be delivered, this written record makes the refund or support conversation much simpler.
